Arsenal and Crystal Palace shared the points in a dramatic 2-2 draw on Wednesday evening. The result delays Liverpool’s title celebrations and keeps the race mathematically alive.

Arsenal wasted no time asserting their presence, with Jakub Kiwior heading in the opening goal just three minutes into the game. The home crowd roared as the Gunners looked to build on recent strong performances in Europe.
Crystal Palace responded with confidence, and Eberechi Eze brought the visitors level with a superb volley, underlining the Eagles’ attacking intent. The goal added spark to the contest and shifted momentum temporarily in Palace’s favor.

Arsenal regained the lead just before the break through Leandro Trossard, who finished off a slick move to put the hosts back in control heading into halftime.
As Arsenal looked to close out the match, a lapse in concentration from William Saliba allowed Jean-Philippe Mateta to pounce and net an 83rd-minute equalizer. The goal sent the Palace bench into celebration and left Arsenal fans frustrated.

The draw puts Arsenal at 67 points from 34 matches, while Liverpool remain on top with 79 points and a game in hand. Had Arsenal lost, Liverpool would have clinched the title. Now, the Reds need just a point in their next fixture against Tottenham to seal the championship.
