Davido Confirms Upcoming EP and Global Tour with Chris Brown
Afrobeats powerhouse Davido has confirmed that he and American R&B superstar Chris Brown are teaming up for a major musical project, a joint EP and a worldwide tour slated for 2026.
The revelation came during Davido’s recent interview on The Ebro Show.
According to Davido, the pair has already recorded more than 20 tracks together, enough material to fill two albums.
“We’ve got enough music to drop two projects today,” he said.
“Chris has had an incredible year, and I wanted him to enjoy that moment before we drop anything new,” Davido added.
In addition to the EP, Davido announced he will join Brown on the upcoming Breezy Bowl tour. The two artists are also planning a major “double continent” tour, which will take them across Africa and Europe in support of their collaborative EP. “We’re bringing the music directly to the fans with performances across both continents,” Davido said, setting the stage for what could be one of 2026’s biggest musical events.
This isn’t the duo’s first time joining forces. Their collaboration history began with the 2019 smash hit Blow My Mind from Davido’s A Good Time album. That same year, Chris Brown featured Davido on Lower Body from his Indigo project.
