Eddy Kenzo Declares Himself Bigger Than Diamond Platnumz
Diamond Platnumz has been the talk of the town ever since his performance at the Coffee Festival in Ntungamo, but not everyone is impressed. Ugandan singer Edirisa Musuuza, popularly known as Eddy Kenzo, has reignited his long-standing rivalry with the Tanzanian singer, claiming he has achieved far more in his music career.
During an interview with a local television station, Kenzo stated that he holds a superior position in the East African music industry compared to Tanzanian's Diamond Platnumz.
“I’ve had the privilege of performing in packed stadiums across several African nations like Guinea, Cameroon, and Gabon, just to name a few, I’ve also taken home a BET award and even earned a Grammy nomination, something Diamond Platnumz hasn’t accomplished.” Kenzo said.
The Sitya Loss hitmaker suggested that accolades and global recognition should speak louder than hype, questioning why Platnumz is often hailed as the bigger artist when, according to him, the numbers and achievements tell a different story.
