Ugandan singer Lydia Jazmine is at the center of online controversy following a fiery post she shared on X. The singer has accused BigEyeUG a popuar entertainment blog of body-shaming and editing her images.
According to the singer, the platform has so many times shared edited photos that misrepresent her body with the aim of tarnishing her reputation.

Dear @BigEyeUG, you have worked so hard over the years to tarnish my image and I have never come out to respond to you! Now this is beyond even disrespect and body shaming! I’m going to take action now. I understand you have people you work with that are against me(and we know them) they always edit my pictures , share with you and you post. You are the only blog page that does this year in year out. I’m kindly asking you not to post my content again on your page since you have nothing good to show about my brand and continue working with the people that pay you! YOU HAVE DISRESPECTED ME ENOUGH! Dear LJ addicts and supporters check my page for verification. 🤦♀️ the singer wrote.
The post featured a couple of images allegedly edited by the media outlet quickly gained traction by LJ Addicts, who also doubles as the singers fanbase.
Her fanbase condemned the media outlet for body-shaming the singer and refferred to the action as unethical journalism.
However, some critics dismissed Jazmine’s claims calling it baseless and overreaction and that photo editing is a common practice in entertainment media and some have advised the singer to hit the gym.
