Mikie Wine Unhappy with Cindy Sanyu Over Concert Date Clash with Dax Vibez
Mikie Wine has spoken out against fellow musician Cindy Sanyu for scheduling her concert on the same day as Dax Vibez.
Dax Vibez had earlier announced the date for his maiden concert. However after a couple of days Cindy Sanyu revealed that she will be holding a show at Millennial Park Lugogo on the same day.
During an interview with a local Television station, Mikie Wine expressed his disappointment, saying he was unhappy with Cindy’s decision. He believes it’s not fair for artists to stage big events on the same date, as it forces fans to choose and creates unnecessary competition.
“I’m not happy when someone puts a show on the same day as my brother’s. But these things happen. Sometimes you support someone and they don’t support you back. Still, I believe in Dax.” Mikie said.
Mikie, who has previously faced a similar situation when his show clashed with Gravity Omutujju’s.
“I want Dax to trust himself and know there’s a reason he chose that date. God gave him that moment. I know he will succeed,” Mikie added.
