When she appeared on an interview, the singer disclosed that she became pregnant the very first time she had unprotected sex. She continued that she has never used any birth control methods apart from condoms, which she believes helped her avoid unplanned pregnancies.
"I don't use any other family planning methods. I rely on condoms, and when I decided I wanted a baby, I simply stopped using protection," Karole said.
Karole Kasita gave birth in early 2023, she emphasized that her pregnancy was not accidental as many think, she intentionally planned for it after discussing the idea with her boyfriend, who welcomed the decision wholeheartedly.

Karole said that embracing motherhood has given her peace of mind and a new sense of responsibility and she encouraged fellow female artists to be open to the idea of motherhood.
"Motherhood comes with calmness and accountability. I believe it’s something female artists should consider. It’s not the end of your career" she continued.
