Martha Ahumuza Murari, a 23-year-old woman who tragically collapsed at Mezo Noir nightclub in Kololo died due to internal brain bleeding, according to a medical report released.

The findings from Kampala Hospital and corroborated by family accounts, have put to rest earlier speculations of poisoning surrounding her mysterious death.

Ahumuza, the daughter of Seth Murari, a prominent National Resistance Movement official and Presidential Advisor on Sports, was out with friends on the night of the incident.

Matha reportedly fainted at the upscale nightclub and was rushed to Kampala Hospital, where she was placed on life support.

Despite medical efforts, she was pronounced dead the following day.

According to the medical report, doctors discovered a crack in Ahumuza’s skull upon her arrival at the hospital, which led to significant bleeding in her brain. This hemorrhage caused swelling and pressure that ultimately resulted in brain death.

While the exact circumstances leading to the skull injury remain unclear whether from a fall or another incident at the nightclub, the medical report has shifted the narrative from conspiracy to tragedy.

Matha's brother Seth Murari, who vowed to seek justice, has since softened his stance, urging the public to respect the family’s grief and refrain from spreading unverified claims online.
